Paul O'Brien and his staff certainly have something to celebrate! Because
the firm has reached double figures and is celebrating its 10th
anniversary.
First Started by Paul and a few labourers in Bedminster the company now
employs a staff of over 40 people, 30 of which are professional
roofers.
Manager James Milligan said: "With a turnover of £4.2 million and our
vast range of staff specialising in all aspects of the roofing industry,
we have no need to sub-contract, hence large and small jobs receive the
same care and attention.
Paul O'Brien Roofing carry out all types of slating, tilling, lead work,
flat roofing, asphalt roofing, flat to pitched conversion and loft
conversions. They have worked on major contracts with hotels, churches,
Clevedon bandstand and have significant ongoing contracts with North
Somerset and Bristol City Council. They also do roofing for large
insurance and building companies, as well as domestic contracts.
Twelve months ago the company launched a massive advertising campaign,
spending in the region of £200,000, with which they feel was a major
factor in their continued expansion and success.
