Flat Roofs

The flat roof shown here consists of an 18mm thickness waterproof plywood deck with a 3 layer high performance felt system, the finish is green mineral which we find is the most durable covering. If the flat roof is over a habitable room then we can provide a vapour barrier and polyurethane insulation to cut down on heat loss. The type of felts which we recommend are high performance or elastomeric which basically means that they cope with thermal expansion and the polyester reinforcement is rotproof, there is a choice of colours to suit most preferences.
